Novelty horn

i have one of those horns that go awooooga (or somthing). it only draws about 2 amp. so you can take a live off something else if its high enough rated i would recommend the fag lighter.

If it's anything other than a monotone (be it a single, or twin trumpet)
Ie; musical, train whistle or the vintage ('awooooga') it's illegal for road use on a post 73 registered vehicle
