Unless it's been lifted I don't think so, Is it for road use only ?

I hate to be different but I'm pretty sure that 205/75/16's would fit a standard Vitara.

205's are only 1.5 inches in diameter larger than stock tyres. :)

Best to get rid of the rubbish stock Vitara rims and get a wheel with a better off-set.
