Looks like one of the hubs, Front i would guess as the backs on mine are 4 stud.

Does anybody knows the OEM number of this parts and full hub assy with OEM locking hubs (genuine)

wot excactly are you going to do? do you just need the wheel bearings ?
it also looks to me to be rear is tis correct?
wot do u mean when u say lockin hubs have you got manual or auto engage or fully engaged caps?

Its my front hub with 5 studs and I want a manual locking hub. also you can give me the full hub assy OEM number couse I need them all. as you wish
