A part of me thinks it could be the company MD's car & he might go out to survey sites for BIG contracts (ie; new housing estates, etc....)

He might need it to go to the very back of some sawmill to check the stock :wink:

Could be for the times he drives down his garden lawn to his little wooden summer house :)
