Thanks chaps  :D  I need to clean my back brakes out and change my front pads; neither job can safely be done with a Hi-lift, which is all I have, I have a pair of 2 ton axle stands, which I've measured and as long as I can strap up the springs to stop them extending, they will be high enough. I'd like to do it some time next weekend, as I won't have time before then, but I need to get them done before Driffield, the week after.

i should be going to the show as well, the antichrist should be done for then hopfully. look out for the yellowist series 3 there!!
