Just got soaked!!
« on: April 29, 2006, 09:16:12 »
The roof of the SJ was very wet this morning. As I got in and the car leant slightly to the right all the water poured straight into the car onto my right leg and the seat

Do they all do this? Or is it another function of buying a 'budget' roof?  :?

Yhe vit does if the roof isnt taught, new one doesnt do it, would get in and as the car tilted it would all run off the sidethat went down unlessyou were real fast with the droo.

Also the door seals tend to leak just there :)
I must confess the the activities of the UK governments for the past couple of years have been watched with frank admiration and amazement by Lord Vetinari. Outright theft as a policy had never occured to him.

Regarding seat covers the SJ I had, had covers fitted under the cloth so if they got wet they dried really quick !
Have not seen another with them though. :?:

It's actually before that. When you get in, the car leans slightly and the water pours in the door before you shut it! You look really comical diving in and slamming the door at high speed   I was going to say 'in one fluid motion', but thought better of the pun!
