If you wish to challenge the speeding then do not sign the NIP they sent you, if you sign that its an admission of guilt! As suggested go to the pepipoo site (cant remember spelling) and ask on the forums there. Also be aware that not telling them who the driver is is also an offence (i can vouch for this cos i got done for it and have 3 points and £450 fine for not telling them who was driving.
