8v vitara engine into sj410

want to fit a 8v vitara engine into my sj 410
adaptor plates are for sj413 5 speed gearboxs
does the sj 413 gearbox fit straight in place of standard 4 speed sj 410 box
any one done this conversion any info would be grateful
