Broke down yesterday in my discovery on a full caravan site something inside the bellhousing broke had to get the RAC to come and get me the wife, kids, the dog and the caravan totally embarrased everyone out watchin

Bulli:
Hope its not too expensive, always happens at the worst possible moments!

Bush Tucker Man:
I echo that, hope it doesn't cost too much.

I had my own moment the otherweek
Had my first scare with it a few days ago

I only received one set of keys, kept meaning (as you do...) to get another set cut & an extra alarm fob.

We'd been out sto see about Riding-lessons for 'Small-Child'.
SWMBO had got out & I'd locked the door, 'Small-Child' was messing about, so clicked my door lock & walked round to get her out.
Swung door closed behind us, we walked in the house, bags down, coat off, kettle on.................

Where's the Landie keys??
"Amelia! Have you got daddys keys?"

Out I go to see them swinging gently in the ignition switch

So I ended up removing a window (almost too easily done) & reaching inside to open a door.

At least the glass went back without cracking (or leaking)

Thankfully Joanne had her keys with her as well, as I keep my house keys (via a spring-clip) on the same bunch

Still got to organise new keys though

NiceBlueWellies:
It is something you just get used to!

We got quite well aquainted with the Green Flag recovery for a while.

simdeb:
we washed our key fob,     took battery out put it back in pressed it 3 times and it worked! phew,  we have only one key fob and when you lock em on it you need it to make it go.  still got to get another one
