a few years ago i sold my "escort mk4" to a garage, 2 months later the plod knocked on the door....apparently my "rover" had been in a ram raid???????

I would imagine that it's not too hard to get plates made up without documents for scumbags in the know.

if its the b+Q just off the black country route... take a ride back towards Junction 10, and look on GLYNWEB'S car park as when we went there last week there were a lot of people with BRAND NEW 4X4'S AND CARAVANS....nudge nudge wink wink..you know the people I mean, the ones who dont pay tax and do 'quality' tarmac drives!!!
