casing my truck

the misses and i are sat watching a movie on tv and i noticed a range rover pull up beside my truck and take a good look inside. they then pulled off again. i though hmmm thats strange, maybe they were looking at the club stickers. well 10 mins later they have just been back and done the same again. there were 2 blokes in the rangie and it was f reg but i didnt get the full reg as there was a van parked in the way. i have to be up at 6am but i dont feel im gonna sleep now. i have a lump of metal pole sat beside me now.

am i being paranoid??????

well they have just slowly driven past again. caught them out the corner of my eye through the blinds  :shock: looks like it might be a long night ahead

Sounds like it could be a long night for you :(

Turn all your house lights off, have the phone close to hand and have a pen and paper ready for getting the reg number.

If they do return and get out of the car, a BIG flash light pointed at them will send them packing. :wink:

Hope nothing comes of it... but be on your guard.

cheers mate. got the first part of the reg now but as the misses says would they be stupid enough to use their own truck. every noise im up at the window now. all the lights are out and just the tv on now. oh and the metal pole is sat beside me. it just seems a bit strange to me.
viks asked me why they would want our old disco. i told here its worth quite abit stripped down to the right people oh and theres the little matter of the grands worth of bits bolted to her  :wink: ......just been out and put a big heavey duty chain around the seat adjuster and the steering wheel with an abloy padlock on it. that will make their night. by the time they have sorted that out they will have a lump on their heads  :wink: . when i get home from the meet im going to im gonna have to take a review of the security

A call to the police might be a good idea.. if you explain to them what you have said on here and you give them the part of the reg number that you have.... if it's a known number to them they might be very interested in parking up close by and keeping a look out for them. :wink:
