Jimbo, that bumper you've pictured is Electricity/Water board spec. If you look around some of the dealers selling ex authority Defenders you may find one thats been taken off going cheap.

PB, my 110 is ex-leccy board, with the galvanised girder bolted on the front - I'm looking to replace it (the winch bumper) with something slightly more descrete !

I have several ideas in the mix at the moment, all of which have their pros and cons...........I'm still contemplating !

I've got an ex electricity board hydraulic winch for sale, i think its rated at 12000lbs may save time and money but were is the the fun in buying one. Good luck let us know how you get on

I've got the winch too - hydraulic Ramsey RPH8000, just looking for alternative ways to mount it !
