DEF110

I've a load of SS spare, m6, m8 & m10, hex head, pozi-pan head and loads of captive nuts for the front door pillars. I've also got an application list somewhere of what fits where (on a 90). Do either interest you ?

thanks Vern

DEF110, are you going to treat us with step by step photos of the chassis replacement? :D ?
I need a new chassis, but am a little daunted by the job  .

Yes I plan on taking a lot of pictures I just bought a 1 gig SD card for my camera to hold all the pictures.
I have ordered the chassis from Richards Chassis and it should be done in the next few weeks. I found a 300TDI at Sudbury with all the ancillaries to change the V8 to a 300tdi.
I know everyone wants a V8 but the 200 miles per tank of petrol means a lot of stops at the petrol station and I want to take to trip in the defender to mainland Europe and the petrol bill would be outrageous.
Also I just bought a 300tdi Discovery with auto box to use the auto in the defender as I like the auto with the V8 and do not want to go back to the manual box. I will be getting the center console from Ashcroft
So this is turning out to be a full rebuild not just a chassis change. More specs to follow with pictures.
