gtomo2:
Ok me totally fed up now got new panhead bushes and had to destroy the old olds to get them out. But new bushes are about 2mm to big to fit in the panhead arm. Any ideas or has anyone got a 110 they want to swap for a diesel range rover  Me thinking the panhead arm is imperial and the new bushes are metric would that make sence to anyone. I am getting fed up of it now. And i keep looking at 110 station wagons :D

Budgie:
Unless you've got a press, or a very strong vice, then you'll stuggle to get the new ones in as they are a "press fit".

Just had a quick look on Paddocks site and they have panhard rod bush part No.575580 listed for pre 1985 Rangie & ANR3410 for 1986-1994 so there maybe a difference in size.  :?

Polybushes are soooooo much easier to put in, not that helps you right now I know.

My vote goes for "Get a 110" 8)

I think a pair of Pandhard rod bushes is cheaper though!!
