welding help needed

the loon:
Need someone with a welder in the area to give me some help.
What I need is to patch up rear door sill on marvin and the lower hinge (the one on the bottom of the door that stops it springing back)

Idealy I want some one who will

(A)be cheep (funds are very limited at the moment)

(B)let me have a go with there kit.

I have done a little welding before (About 16 years ago) but would like to learn

If you can come to mine thats an even bigger bonus
(as much tea/coffee as you can drink and a free lunch)

Well was given a basic arc welder today as an early birthday prezzy (Big kisses to SWMBO) so just need some one to give me some pointers and some scrap to practise on
