Fuel heater

Has anyone got any info on wiring up an electric diesel filter heater(bosch) with a built in thermostat on a 200tdi for a veg oil conversion? its a proper unit that goes directly in place of the original filter/flange assembly,it uses the original spin off filters.............im stuck and I cant see anywhere on the net.
