I'm just back from waving goodbye to the Jaguar's that are leaving RAF Colitishall for good today  because the station closes soon. Very sad.

One or two 4x4s and Pick-up owners taking advantage of their vehicles for a better view.:)

I myself anticipating a large crowed approached the base from a mile long very muddy and very rutted lane only to find the back road behind the air base almost totally empty. Oh well it's the first serious outing a new set of BFG AT's have had and they performed superbly.

Found myself behind this lovely old bus on the way home. If the owner is a Mud Clubber, Hi.

I used to work at Cottesmore until Interserve shut the office, and ive since heard a rumour that Cottesmore will shut in 2012!!!! (Only a rumour mind!!)

Damn shame, spent happy times at Coltishall in my RAF time!!
If there are more cuts they'll only need one or two bases!! :evil:
