Pay pal will always tell you, DO NOT CLICK ON ANY LINK, if you need to open the link do it from a new browser window. Remember cookies are collected immediately you open the link. the best way to handle these emails is to send the email to spoof@paypal.co.uk. They have a mechanism in place to chase the scum and report them to their isps.
