I shook the wheels like mad and couldn't find any play in it whatsoever. Sorry to sound dumb but what are the swivel pins.

Its had a hard life in the last year or two and its done 170k ok for me though as its going to be used round our field and my mates farm so not major stuff yet. It drove 80 odd miles yesterday fine though on the motorway too!!

will the wheels affect it at all because they are the range rover 3 spoke ones and not disco ones. Just a thought as I can get some 8 spokes fairly easily.

hi tom. mine does this also. i think its the wheel size, i don't remember it been that bad when had 235/70's on. mine sits on 235/85's.
