You'll be building 0 new fossil fuel power stations, 21 new nuclear reactors and 9,255 new wind turbines plus other renewable installations, insulating 14m houses and buying 0% of electricity from overseas.

Sorted - cut out the scummers from overseas with their "blocked pipelines", get rid of "North Sea Oil/Gas" which is ridiculously expensive compared to other areas, and building 9K+ renewable energy sources and a bunch of nuke power stations. Stick that in your Kyoto agreement and smoke it.

Makes every new house require less power from other sources. Costs would be cheaper, as companies would be bulk buying.
