my mate's S8 has 360 in it, and thats a quick car

ill not tell u what mpg it does when hes in a mood but suffice to say he is envious of the disco v8 mpg

mate up here has a cossie running 550 +100 shot of Nos & does the 1/4 mile in 10.34 on road tyres,
pin you in the seat aceleration :?: na scrape you of the rear window aceleration
also whilst im here been out in a Metro 6R4 (250BHP 9K rpm V6) & an ex works group A scoob which was fast

What is going on with the WRC race this weekend? Anyone know?
I am a big fan of the Subaru team. I also cheer for Skoda, because I had one once (it is a Skoda thing). I'll cheer for anyone but all those dominant French cars.
And since you are in Europe, you get those racing Semi trucks. We really don't have anything like that.
Do you ever just a chance to get out to the drags? How about rally-cross racing?
Closest racing around here is a dirt oval at the local fair grounds, guys racing V8 powered Camaros.

Portland International Raceway -- FEDEX CART series (open wheel similar to a US Formula 1) and Porsche Cup Racing
Manzanita Speedway -- Dirt Oval -- Winged Sprint cars
Phoenix International Raceway -- NASCAR NEXTEL cup
Forests around Inverness -- Snowman Rally
Merced and Madera Speedways -- local oval tracks
Spokane Raceway -- Lilac City Funny Car Championship (Had a jet car exhibition)
Laguna Seca -- American LeMans Series (Got to see the Dominant Audi R8s and Panoz)
Grand Prix of San Diego -- IMSA GTP racing on a temporary road track at Del Mar

that sti pro drive scooby does about 10 MPG.
