110 Tyres, getting the size and the look right

(1/4) > >>

Greenlanekit:
Man do you know how hard it is to get the right tyres for both off road use and individual look, of course you do, help... if you have over size tyres on your 110, please either post here or email a pic with the tyre size...

Ive got 16" modulars running 7.50 16's looking at 265 85 16's, shes exMOD and about 2" higher with 90 rear springs at the front and plus 2" at teh back

I'm so confuzed, and what to treat my baby to look just right, yet still in that age old dilema... info@o-g-x.co.uk

Mr Bump:
I've got 235 85 16's on mine and they're looking a bit small with the 2" lift.

265 75 look nice and fat but about the same height.

v8kenny:
The tyres on my 90 (see my gallery) are 255/85x16 bfGoodrich mud terrains - they came off my 110 and I reckon they are a good compromise size for your 110
They will fit your modulars with the right amount of offset to stop any fouling - your spring size will stop fouling too
I think that 265/85 will be too big without more mods to stop fouling
bfg muds are great on and off road - I reckon they are the best compromise but I am sure someone will be along in a minute with their ideas !

Mace:
Kit, if you want the dogs dangles go over to Vass in Ampthill and buy some nearly new 825.16's Michelin zxl's  :D   After all it's what the MOD use

Greenlanekit:
what do 825's look like? are these the Wolf type ones?
