Irrisponsible use of 4x4 is a problem, however at no time have i heard of ramblers etc. admit that there is such a thing as the reponsible use of 4x4's off road (or any other vehicle).
Which makes them as bad at spin as any govement you care to think off.

One thing that the 'Bobble hats' don't mention is that they drive 150 - 200 miles in their Mercs and B*W to get to the countryside in the first place.

Not to mention the ones that turn up in the Land Rover and get the bobble hats and boots out, then leave the LR cluttering up the pub car park for the day while they disappear out up Derbyshire or wherever :x
