cant you just make your own template bydrawing around the hole and measuring it??

I suppose you could but it also includes the bolt holes too, it's much easier to do with the template rather than hit and miss measuring from one contour to another and hoping you dont cut too much of your wing away.

Jimbrown:
Hi Matt hopefully you should have recieved template this morning best of luck with it I have got to sort head gasket out now :(  :?

Got it today, but it may have been delivered yesterday as I wasn't around then.

My 200 airbox arrived today too :D

Jimbrown:
you decided to go down the 200 airbox route then good move the 300 v8 is a right t**t to do by comparison dunno about the 300 tdi not seen that one done but at a guess is similar to the v8 airbox.

narked:
Looked like it was going to be an awkward job, hence why I've gone the 200 airbox route. There's not much room between the standard airbox and the inner wing to route a hose round that way, not much room between the airbox and the engine to route a hose that way and round the back of the box to the wing, no room above, and not much space on the side of the airbox to cut a new inlet in line with the snorkel.

So I decided to save myself a big headache :P Just need to look at how much work is gonna be involved in fitting the 200 airbox.
