It's a 1999 110 'Heritage', with a named driver

Flux insist on a Cat. 2 immobiliser as a minimum security (LR's standard fit, not accepted)
Plus you have to give a written (& signed) undertaking that you will not use it for 'Hire & Reward' purposes, as legally speaking it can be construed as a mini-bus (over 9seats)
