which joker was it.....
Sheddy:
Who was it that made so many holes and gaps for mud to hide in on a Discovery? After the weekend driving around the fields (site security) the Disco was absolutely covered so this afternoon I decided to break out the power washer and clean it off. I started the job at about 1pm and I've just finished.
Every time I thought I had completed the task I looked under it and found more mud. It hides everywhere.
The wife thinks I'm wrong thinking to give it aa wash and wax .... I reckon it'll discourage the mud from sticking to the bodywork quite so much, she reckons I'm peeing into the wind.
The Disco is now all clean and shiny .... it doesn't look right. As soon as the clutch pressure plate is replaced (crash geared it all the way back from north of Kings Lynne) I'm gonna have to go play again!
LandRoger:
Iallways wash and wax my 90 before going out laning, the mud and dirty water just slides off -my 90 is white and everyone comments on how clean  it stays compared with the rest on the run,
pritch:
Wrap the entire vehicle in cling film next time.

I did wonder about that! Always thought you knew the least muddy lines through all the dirty bits  :)
