Young and willing to help diagnose the problem maybe its a bad sector on a hard drive or falling foul of corrupt ram.

That attitute discusts me, if the moderators/admin/web team wanted to cause trouble they could:

a) alter posts to read whatever they wanted

b) delete the posts they didn't want

c) restrict dtupid users access to the site

d) scrap the site completely

Or, just maybe, the problem with the threads comes about (as has been said many times) when there are a lot of replies at the same time, this is a 'heated' debate, so they are lots of replies - it is a prime candidate to fall foul.

These guys wouldn't waste time replying if they were going to delete the lot would they!

So unless you want them to start using one of the options above, go and suck your dummy elsewhere if all you are going to bring is that attitude.

I am not so sure the problem comes with lots of replies as this problem would be recurrent across other forums that use the same structure of the phbb coding.
