Oil bathed engine

it is, as the timing belt has to come off as well

but if your oil is on the topside of your engine then i cant see that it is these leaking.

Cam belt was only changed about a year ago by the previous owner. He took it to Kieth Gott to get the work doen so the seals should have been fine a year ago or I would hope Kieth Gott would have spotted the leeky oil seems?
