I am betting the driver will never do it again but he may never get over what you did and it may haunt him untill his death. It to my dad. He just started to get over his incident and have a relaxed stress free life and then he passed away with cancer.

driver deserved it but I just hope he is a ard nut and gets over it and calms his driving down.

Not to worry. He has gone to a better place where he cant have his 10th nervous break down and he is ginving me the best birthday present in the world in a months and a half time. A big deposit on my own first house.  It happened to his Dad when he was 24 so time has just repeated its self. Good always comes out of bad.
