Bumper Spot light bars

Does anyone know who makes the bumper spotlight bars.  Im looking for one but will probably be looking for a modified one (longer) so that rather than screwing into the plastic number plate mount (which is only held on weakly by two screws anyway) it attaches to the metal bumper.

Ive seen a few around fastened to the plastic number plate holder, do people really know that only two very small screws hold that on :?:

Or has anyone got one spare I can have and cut to extend in the middle ?

I'm pretty sure that the theads are long enough to go through the bumper.
