This is what's keeping me busy at the moment and up till half one his morning- my V8!!

After months of work I'm finally at the stage of trying to decide what colour to paint it before the full refit. Initially I was thinking of Bonatti Grey and doing that whole Lara Croft thing but I spotted a 50th Aniversary Defender in Atlantis Blue and that had to be the way to go!

However I keep on seeing a late Defender in dark metallic red and I really like that as well.

Any suggestions chaps? Pictures would be appreciated!!

Or deep metallic burgundy on the bottom half, with cream upper half. (That's my dream paintjob for the VW bus I'd like...)

Other options I'd consider are: Hammerite (any colour) or just making sure it's entirely covered with mud 100% of the time.

Edit 2: And I've no idea how you'd go about dying the tilt cream, either.
