Hi guys

First thanks to all that replyed to my other post.

I keep snapping 10 spline half shafts (200tdi Disco)........so iwould like to know if the 300tdi (24 spline) are any stronger ??
I can get full axles to swap over so its not a problem but is it worth it ?

There are one or two that say they are no stronger and even more expensive to replace if they do snap.

How do you manage to do that, they are fairly tough items, not managed it on any of my permanent 4wd's yet, cant say the same for the lightweight though :lol:

They are a bit stronger than standard 10 splines, but not much better than an uprated 10 spline, plus there is the cost and the issure of wear on the 24 splines that is starting to show in older cars.  One thing is, toughen the shaft, what will bust next?
