Pancake Day???

I actually cooked the pancakes tonight!  as always the first one turned out funny (why is that???)  made about 8 in total of varying sizes, i had 5, my wife 3.  Last one was rather large tho as I wanted to use up all the mixture :D

Hehehe, decided this year to really practice my pancake making - ended up stuffing myself with 12, but they were small ones honest  :D  :D  :D
