wont hurt if the tyre overhangs the ramps, half the time i dont put mine on dead square and the over hang

I must ask, the last time I used ramps, not with the disco tho I have a nightmare of a job as they kept skidding forward.  How are you getting them to stay put whilst you drive up?

Hi all,

I got the Difflock ramps for Xmas - they are wide enough for 235s and I just put old car mats under the ramps to stop them skidding.

Best to have someone guide you up the first couple of times, but you soon get used to them.

i use trolley jack and axle stands most of the time, ramps are handy for certain jobs though, oil n filter, get under it to clean etc,

cant say my ramps slide forward, got a gravel drive (normally put 2 8x4 sheets down first though) always go up em with a bit of momentun in low with diff lock in, wheels should grip and climb rather then push away!
