We had a proper shower of snow this morining at about 6:30 but then it stopped and we got little sprinklings of sleet on and off but it is a nice sunny day now.

It's just had a (about 11:30) 5minute burst here, plenty of flakes, but nothing that will stop as it rained overnight

*edit* just as i post, a blast of snow has come over! flakes getting thicker!!  :D  :twisted:

Snowed in south Leicester for about ten minutes at lunch time, not sure thats a good thing or a bad thing we can only hope though it's a sign of the great white stuff coming to stay for a day or two.
