What is the exact error message you get up when you try to connect as i had similar probs last week. and after e-mailing their support bit, I had a reply with lots of usefull bits maybe usefull to you if it is a similar prob.

it is saying there is a prob with my net conection or my filewall is blooking it

Its probably blocked through the windows hexpee firewall or the likes of norton internet security whatsit.

You'll probably have to go into whatever your using for protection and let it through.
