Clutch Alignment

Any ideas on where to get the parts, have asked main stealer, tried craddocks and am getting nowhere fast :(

If i cant lay my hands on an alignment tool, get a socket bar that fits into the spigot shaft and wind insulation tape round it until it a snug fit, then repeat the thing further up on the clutch plate hole, the longer the bar the better
