or the inside of the air hose has delaminated and is sucking flat blocking the airway?

Sharpshooter:
get a hose pipe, Not a pressure washer, and try and wash the fins out on the radiator and intercooler. If they are muddy, then it will need a good clean.

This could be causing the overheating.

Did you got through muddy water, or anything that may have gone throught the grille?

Is it a 200tdi??

its going flat because something prior to that is clogged and if your filters clear then it can only be your intercooler or turbo. I'd take the pipe off and see if there is any oil in it. If there is then I would lean towards the turbo bearings having gone.
