Rob110:
Thinking about removing the stickers that come on early discos, has anyone done it? will it damage the paint, leave its glue and will the white paint undernieth be a different colour?

Cheers

Rob

Jake:
The glue is a pain to remove but does come off
The white paint will be like new inderneth so give it a Really deep cut polish.
If you know a bodyshop or a valeter, get it mopped (machine polish).
It'll come out nice after.
 :D

muddymart:
Strip the stickers with a heat gun , similar used for stripping wood, then use Autoglym tar remover, this will get rid of the glue, wash and a nice deep polish (machine) and it will be like new.
Well thats my normal routine anyway.

If there's rust bubbles under the stickers/vinyl theres not much you can do,only be careful.

Sheddy:
Heat gun is good, a hot pressure washer is better if you have access to one.

Jim-Willy:
i pulled the Defender stripes off mine when i got it and it looked stupid until it was polished, ya can't tell where they where now.
