You can claim hardship if you cannot work without the vehicle, but this is taking that a bit too far.

And he clearly is not "sorry" as he is continually breaking the law.

I am sure we wont have to worry about for much longer if he continues to speed as he will find himself wrapped around a tree on the near future I bet. Well knowing the way the world works he wil prob live and some poor other person will die and he will get away with it.

Can we use this story if we ever get a speeding fine?
