Cheap Glow Plugs

My 300TDi hasn't been too happy about starting while it's been cold lately, so I suspect the Glow Plugs might need changing.

I was just having a look on Google for some, and found these from LR Direct.com which seem too cheap at £3.53.

Am I missing something obvious, or are these a bargain?
