I'd have thought the best idea would be to take it up privately with Paul. After all it's not unknown for the wrong people to be attributed with a picture.

If this is the Paul I know then in no way would he ever consider doing anything like that.

So consider this

Was someone stood near you taking a pic at the same time?
Could the picture have been sent in by Paul and LRO negated to mention that he pointed out it was someone elses pic.?

Maybe there's an innocent explanation.
