I love my job!!

I hate my job. This morning it particularly sucks. I'm stuck in a windowless airless office staring at a computer screen. I'm attempting to guess what profit margin to put on the quote for a job which the boss doesn't want to win despite the fact we are all facing redundancy due to lack of work. :(

Strangely, I've just last week given up my low-pressure, highly-paid, enjoyable & easy job selling software, in order to become a teacher...

i used to work as a HGV fitter ( 20years) great fun
even when i worked repairing refuse vehicles, what a stink but i did everything from MOT prep, electrics welding bodies etc :D and i enjoyed it
only had a change of direction due to Child Support Agency
spent three years in college and i now work as an ICT technician in a school, great holidays cr*p pay
i also teach adult education for local colleges and community groups to help make up my money
i have enjoyed my jobs over the years but i still miss the hands on type of job
anybody need a manager for a Land Rover workshop :wink:

Just become a ski instuctor for the Army, avreging 10 weeks a year skiing, all paid for :D
