The shadows are the usuall give away, and if you look at the shadows under the upper wing on both planes, they look completely different angles.

And especially the dail mail......God knows why they dont get sued every day!

Girlfriends in the airline industry, no near miss even registered so that means they must of been at least a 1000 feet apart and not within 1 mile of collition direction
If the planes get close, the system logs it and warns the pilots, if they ger "near miss" the pilot is instructed to divert in the opposite direction so a a mid-air crash is reduced to millions to one
Her union didnt see it as an issue, not sure why the mail made such a fuss :roll:
