mot test - true or false ?

according to LR specs, it's ok to have one set wheels moving at up to 5mph (may be kph).. no idea how fast the roller go, but I stopped using one place when I saw them test it on rollers and do the hand brake in the same way.. asked my local independant who they used and have been going there since - they always take it out on the road and test brakes there.  Never seen them take one of those swing meters with them but not paid a huge amoutn of attention once I knew they knew what they were doing as it were!
