Defender Bucket Seats?

<< < (2/2)

Xtremeteam:
i have sparco buckets in my racer  (the vinyl offroad ones) & if you plan of fitting then to a truck cab if you are tall they dont go all the way back, also a smaller steering wheel is an advantage

Dirty Gertie:
I've got Cobra Daytona's in the front of HL, fully adjustable & plenty of room for a cubby in the middle

Wolfie:
Ridgard seats fit very nicely in a truck cab. In fact I need to move the driver's seat forward about an inch, although I can actually reach the pedals, unlike when I tried to drive Henry's Disco.

The problem with them is likely to be that you would have needed your numbers to have come up yesterday!

Andy (who never thought that, at 6', he was short)

Don't take this as a negative post - but how often do you use you Defender?? Ifregularly then think long and hard about putting buckets in.

Getting in and out is difficult, you have cost of changing seat belts and also no easy access to under seat anymore. Just thought I would mention it.

As mentioned above Cobra do many seats that will fit,Daytona and Monaco are popular. You can get a set of seat rails to fit Defender from Exmoor Trim. Also have a look on ebay as these pop up there often and even new are a lot cheaper.

Cheers

Steve

Robbiellewellyn:
Cheers for all the replies. I use my Defender for offroading most weekends. And some on road use during the week, so i just want some better...holding abilities of my seats. Cheers all,
