types of wading plugs ?

hi.  i see from this site http://www.famousfour.co.uk/foursport/snorkels.php (half way down the page )
there are two types of plug which you can get .  why and what is the differance ?

which landrover uses which ones ?

They will both fit all types. It just gives you a choice. The first one seals with the face, abd the second is a tapered fitting, sealing on the thread. Personally i use the first type.

I use the second type..........only because i get em free from work  :D

WHAT? £2 each? Look at eBay under wading plug, tell me your a mud-club member and they're a pound each, inc p&p!!
