Be wary of Paddock Motors!

<< < (2/11) > >>

Spacemud:
I would speak to Paddocks first. It may be a guenuine mistake, or even a dishonest employee syphoning off money somehow. Either way, think they should be given the opportunity to put it right.

Maybe you have already done this? If so what did they say?

Rangie3.0LtrDan:
Some good advice there, phoned them up and they basically just fobbed me off.  They just said they were sure it wasnt them and that was it.

landyman Ash:
Used Paddocks for about 6 years now and have never had a problem

I would honestly say its a one off, they have been excellent to me ovre the years and Ive spent best part of £3k with them!

The hybrid is nearly entirely Paddocks parts and Im not joking!

CUstomer service is usually A1 but then I suppose every company has its mistakes  :?

Jas278:
Never had a problem with them , suggest you monitor the situation and speak again to the credit card provider,as they hold the key, but if paddocks say not us then the problem could be with the provider.......

dew1911:
Sorry to go off topic but 90HTDT where abouts in Cumbria are you? I'm on the Lancashire Border near Kendal.
