Checkout Discoparts - there're two options here. I have the mechanical linkage, whereas Simon (Hightower) has the solenoid version.
As to the HDC, ABS and ETC - this will be disabled if the CDL is engaged when you start up, but not if you start the engine BEFORE operating the CDL (yep, confusion reigns). Personally, I got fed up with this, and snipped the wire that 'tells' the SLABS ECU that the CDL is engaged (pin 9 of the third (out of five) multiplug, black/blue wire), so I have the best of both worlds! :wink:
