 paddocks do them cheeply if i remember, infact search for hi-lift and most places that sell a hi-lift will have them

I have one on the roof rack and that is locked with a long shank padlock (to the fixed roofrack). I see no problem with drilling a hole in the mount itself to put a padlock in though.
